THE DESIGN
We created a custom menu of Strawberry Matcha, Dirty Matcha, and Strawberry Latte, giving guests a mix of coffee and matcha options throughout the opening.
THE EXPERIENCE
With long lines forming for the store opening, service extended beyond the bar itself. One barista moved through the line taking orders while the bar continued serving walk-up guests, keeping drinks moving across both touchpoints.
The setup allowed guests to enjoy a drink while they waited and made the beverage experience part of the store-opening energy rather than a separate stop once they were inside.
