THE SETUP
With 400 guests moving through the event each day, we designed service around two points: a full espresso bar and a secondary mini espresso bar.
The dual-bar setup gave guests multiple places to order and allowed us to manage flow throughout two full days of service.
THE EXPERIENCE
Guests had access to a full espresso menu throughout the day, with both bars working together to keep service moving as attendance ebbed and flowed.
The result was a coffee experience that felt integrated into the event while being built to handle the volume behind it.
